A guided relaxation experience designed to support mindfulness, focus, and stress reduction. Students are guided through calming meditation practices that encourage relaxation and help create moments of rest during stressful academic periods. Sessions may include: breathing exercises grounding techniques guided imagery mindfulness practices focus support calming affirmations
